Delivery & Returns
1) Delivery
Wolly Roger travels the seven seas to find the most beautiful treasures and teams up with the most reliable and fastest ships to bring them to you. You have two choices:
- The Post Office
- Parcel Relay

After payment, unless otherwise indicated on the site regarding stock, for any order placed before 11 a.m. from Monday to Friday, the package will be shipped the same day.
Your order isn't a message in a bottle! You can track your delivery at any time using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
Mutinies within a fleet are rare but not non-existent: Wolly Roger cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems, loss or damage to packages that would be the responsibility of La Poste or Relais Colis.
In the event of a delivery problem (lost or damaged package), an investigation will be requested from La Poste or Relais Colis; in the case of compensation (depending on the service provider's general terms and conditions of sale), it will be paid to the customer in the form of a refund.
Upon receipt of the order, the cabin boy must check its contents and report any errors or missing items within 5 days via the contact form; Wolly Roger will then carry out a check.
If your ship is anchored in mainland France, delivery costs are free for purchases over 69 euros (unless you specify otherwise, the default delivery method will be Colissimo without signature).

Local "Cash on Delivery" delivery is available in Colmar only.

For an order with an amount less than 69 euros, you can choose:
- Delivery to a Relay Point (Parcel Relay)
- Colissimo delivery without signature

IMPORTANT : The collection point is selected at the end of the order process. Don't forget to let us know which collection point you prefer. If you forget to send your order, it will automatically be sent to the collection point closest to your home.

For woolly pirates across the European Union who want to have their parcels delivered to their home, we offer delivery by Delivengo (however, the weight of parcels is capped at 2kg).

We also deliver outside the EU, do not hesitate to send us a message via the contact page to find out the delivery costs applicable in your country.
2) Return of items
When storms rage and the seas are rough, goods can be tossed around and risk damage. That's why we ask that you be as careful when packing your returned items as we are when preparing your orders.
There are many ships here: to process your order quickly, please attach the corresponding invoice to the returned goods.
We do not do exchanges.
3) Return within the withdrawal period
In accordance with the law, dissatisfied sailors can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of their purchase.
Keep the treasure chest to return the goods and make sure that they are intact: Wolly Roger is uncompromising on the quality of its items and will not accept items with any odor or defect: parrot feathers, gunpowder and any other undesirable element. The items must have been kept in their original packaging, not have been opened or not have been used .
- If you return the entire order, you will be refunded the full amount of your order, including shipping costs.
- If you make a partial return, you will only be refunded for the returned items, without shipping costs.
Wolly Roger will reimburse the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
Of course, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for magazines, books and pattern catalogs. We are pirates, not landlubbers ;-) Damaged, incomplete or soiled items, as well as wools spun by us, will not be accepted.
4) Return outside the withdrawal period
After the 14-day withdrawal period, you can still return items to us within 30 days.
As mentioned above, we advise you to keep the original box to return the items and will not accept items with any odor or defect: Caribbean sand, squid ink and any other undesirable element. The items must have been kept in their original packaging, not have been opened or not have been used . If Wolly Roger considers that the merchandise does not comply with these requirements, it may refuse the return if the items are not in a condition to be put back on sale.
The return will be at the expense of the dissatisfied sailor and the returned items will give rise to a refund.
5) Return due to an error on our part
In case of error (certainly due to adulterated rum), defective item or if you find an eye patch in your package, please Contact us within 5 days of receiving the package in question, we will send you a Colissimo return slip by email, to be printed and affixed to the return package. We will be responsible for returning the goods in accordance with your order.
