Published for the Knit Eat Festival 2020, this beautiful book, created by the organizers (Emma Ducher and Nathalie Plasse), brings together 13 original designs from prominent knitwear designers, five new recipes from food enthusiasts, and... a tour of the Fonty Mill. Its presentation is meticulous, and it revolves around a graphic collaboration with Monsieur Papier. All the knitting designs and recipes are explained in detail, in French and English.
Two of the models presented are made with Fonty yarns (ICEBERG by Charlotte Sometimes, and JARDIN FÉLIN by Aurélie Tixier).
